Core Website Support Plan Features
Cybervise Core Website Plans include a block of hours to use for your current website priorities. Plans start at 4 hours per month. Use it for asking questions, small projects, optimization, routine tasks, and troubleshooting problems. In addition to the webmaster time, our plans also include the following features:
- Check-in Call – Need to ask a question or talk through an idea? Many Cybervise clients schedule a monthly call to do just that. 30 minute monthly call comes with your plan. Use it to review with Cybervise staff work needed on your website.
- Routine Site Checks – As we do for all Maintenance Clients, we will run our monthly diagnostics.
- Website Support – Our live phone support hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST. You can also email us or use our electronic request submission system. No matter how you choose to communicate with us, the work will get done. You are not limited to how often or which way you contact us, we’re here to assist you!
- Security Monitoring – Cybervise will be watching your website for trouble. We add your site to our monitoring system to track hacking, malware and downtime.
- Free Access to all Cybervise Training courses.
How Your Plan Works
- Website Core Support Plans – Initial contract is a three-month term.
- WordPress Basic and WordPress w/ Webmaster – Monthly contract have initial three-month term. Annual payments have an annual contract.
- The basic plan includes 4 hours of Cybervise support. We also have 8, 12 and 16 hour plans available.
- WordPress w/ Webmaster includes 2 hours of Cybervise support per month.
- WordPress Basic plans can add Webmaster Services by the Hour.
- Each request is a 15 minute minimum deduction from your 4 plan hours.
- All Unused hours rollover to the next month and are available for future projects.
- Rollover hours do not expire and are available to use as long as billing is current.
- Cancel any plan with 30 days notice.
